From China, in Singapore, to Greece with love
Early summer in June, a perfect time for a wonderful wedding in Santorini, isn’t it?
It was destiny that brought the beautiful couple Haoze and Jiangxue to us. The Chinese couple working in Singapore chance upon an article about romantic destination wedding in Greece and it was love at first sight for them. They decided to get married in Santorini! The couple then got in touch with us to talk about their dream wedding in Greece. We exchanged many ideas about their dream wedding, from their arrival on the island to their wedding ceremony, to the post wedding activities. The discussions consequently set the path for the dream in Santorini.
After some long planning, the day came for the couple to set their foot on the romantic island of Santorini. The couple entourage includes two pairs of bridesmaid and groomsmen. The couple wanted to keep the wedding simple and to register their marriage after the trip. The wedding is unpretentious, no exaggerated fanfare. However the extraordinary atmosphere and breathtaking scenery were out of this world. What is more romantic and special than exchanging vows of eternity by the gorgeous Santorini sunset and blessings from closest family and friends.

The Wedding Atmosphere
After the sun sets, traditional Greek delicacies and mouth-watering cuisines on their dinner menu impresses the couple and their friends. Of course nothing is complete without a toast to this special day with some famous wines from Santorini. The island produces a wide range of wines, some are only available locally and you can get it elsewhere. Santorini indeed a great place for wine connoisseur, with many wineries and vineyards on the island open for visiting and wine tasting.
The couple retreated to their honeymoon suite with veranda opening to the beautiful caldera and spectacular landscape of this island. The suite is tastefully decorated with pieces of art from this region and along side with the iconic Cyclades architectural design. They left Santorini with fond memories of a truly unique experience of elopement style wedding in Greece.
