Ble Santorini Wedding
Ble (Greek: μπλε) which means blue signifies the color theme of this gorgeous Santorini island and the waters of the Aegean sea. Along with the iconic white color of the Greek islands, these colors manifest a deep sense of calmness and peace. That is why most couples chose Santorini as their top destination for their honeymoon and wedding.
Our couple Ming & Tong is no exception, coming from the big city of Jinan China, they longed to get away from the bustle and hustle of hectic city life. And Greece is absolutely perfect for this occasion.
The couple was joined by their best friends whom they flew over from Paris. Our bride Tong chose to make a grand entrance to the wedding venue with a donkey ride, a rather popular choice among wedding couples. It is actually a local wedding tradition where the donkey will take the bride to the church and back to her home. We were blessed with fantastic weather and beautiful natural light to have great photos of the elegant wedding and post-ceremony scenic shoot.
A Music Video for the Home Folks
As it is the Chinese custom to host a banquet back home with invited guests giving their blessings. The couple requested to shoot a music video to share this joyous occasion with their family and friends back home. It was really fun as we were sharing ideas with our director and photographer about the story and style of the video. The couple even did a dance after the wedding to add a little zest! “I’m happy that we took the decision to shoot this video!” said our elated bride.
Our lovely couple sent us a thank you note and a cute gift upon returning home. We wish them a blissful marriage and continue to celebrate their love life in many years to come.
